About the event
We are excited to team up with Kasey Bell, local yoga expert and mom of 3, to welcome back Prenatal Yoga at Nanda! This 8-week series is designed to help you deepen the experience and enjoyment of pregnancy while finding comfortable ways to replenish your energy, improve sleep, and reduce stress. Yoga can help increase your endurance, strengthen the muscles needed for delivery, and help relieve pain in various areas of the body. Not only will you learn great tools to support your body through pregnancy, but you will get to bond with your baby and other mamas.
